Alternative Holdings is a diversified holding company with subsidiaries in food services, retail, industrial sales, and business process outsourcing. Founded in 2011, AH currently operates in Panama and the United States.

Co-Founder
After graduating from the University of California at San Diego, Rafael began his career in the financial services industry. He co-founded AH in 2011 and now serves on the Investment Committee and as Managing Director of Panama operations.
LUCAS VALDERRAMA
Co-Founder
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Lucas spent the first part of his career in real estate development. He co-founded AH in 2011 and now serves on the Investment Committee and as Managing Director of US operations.
JANETH NICOLAU
COO/CFO
Janeth comes with years of experience in the multinational and non-profit sectors where she held positions from Global Operations Manager to Director of Finance & Operations. She now works with each subsidiary company streamlining and improving operations.
